How to sync data to the platform?

1: Once you connect the device to the WiFi network, it automatically syncs data to the platform, with the default frequency set at 30 minutes. This frequency can be adjusted to meet your specific needs, down to a minimum of 1 minute. Manual data synchronization can also be initiated by pressing the power button once, causing the device to beep and the indicator to flash green for a few seconds.
Remember to activate the sensors you intend to use, such as the vibration index sensor and any external probes. Failure to do so will result in no data being displayed in the readings.
2: Should you possess historic data not present on the UbiBot device, you have the option to upload this data in CSV format to our platform. This action must be performed within your account on the website. Subsequently, you will be able to access this data on the website. As illustrated in the screen below, you also have the capability to download your historical data to your computer in CSV format or generate a PDF report.
- Please note: Given that a full data dump can significantly consume server resources, our platform imposes a limit of 3 full data dumps per month to prevent malicious attempts.
