Why isn’t the probe data synced to the platform?

If you've connected an external probe but notice no indication of it or its data isn't updating—even though the probe appears in the display—please follow these adjustments:


1: Activate the Probe's Data Collection Function: This setting allows the probe to collect data at the intervals you specify.

In-App: Instructions for enabling this feature within the app interface.

In Console: Guide to activating this function through the web console.

2: Enable the Probe Icon Display: This allows you to view the data from the corresponding probe both in the app and on the console.

In App: Steps to show the probe icon in the app, enhancing data visibility.

PS:

  • Green: The icon is visible regardless of whether data is uploaded from this probe.
  • Blue: The icon is visible only when there is data uploaded from this probe.
  • Red: The icon for this probe is never displayed.

In Console: Instructions for showing the probe icon on the web console, facilitating data monitoring.
