If you're not receiving notifications anymore for a sensor/offline alert, please verify whether you've selected the "Continuous Alert" type.
In the case of Continuous Alerts, if more than 5 alerts for a rule are generated within the last 60 minutes, our platform may prevent these notifications from being dispatched. This safeguard is in place to avoid our servers from being flagged by Google Play, the iOS Store, and email servers due to the potential for spam messaging. You might notice within the trigger logs that some app notification items are highlighted in red, indicating that the notifications for these instances were either not sent or failed to send. To mitigate this, I recommend switching the rule to a "change-only" alert.
