How to set up alerts?

You can manage your alerts via the Alerts page both in the App and Console.


NOTE: The "Default Offline Alert" can only be turned off and cannot be deleted.

Modes of Alerts:

We provide various channels for sending alerts, including:


  • In-App notifications
  • Emails
  • SMS texts
  • Voice calls
  • Web notifications
  • Audible alerts


You have the flexibility to configure any combination of these channels through the UbiBot® App or the IoT portal.


Please note: SMS and voice call alerts will deduct credits from your balance. The specific fee is determined by the network provider of the receiving number and can be reviewed during the alert setup process or on our pricing page.
