Calibration & Traceability Policy

Our devices are delivered with a factory calibration report valid for 2 years, performed using traceable reference standards.
To maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance—especially in pharmaceutical, biotech, cold-chain, food safety, and other controlled environments—please review the available calibration options outlined below.
1. Calibration Validity
Our devices use high-precision industrial-grade sensing elements. Over several years of continuous operation, small variations may occur due to the natural aging of electronic components, environmental stress, and long-term thermal cycles. This phenomenon is standard across all professional measurement instruments and does not indicate a malfunction.
2. Recalibration Options
Option A — Local Accredited Calibration (Recommended for Regulated Industries)
You may recalibrate the device at any nearby ISO-17025 accredited laboratory.
This provides:
Ideal for customers operating under FDA, GMP, GDP, HACCP, or internal quality systems.
Option B — Platform Self-Calibration (Offset Adjustment)
Our platform includes built-in features for routine verification:
● Platform-level offset calibration
● Device-level offset calibration
Users with a certified reference instrument can apply offsets directly in the system without returning the device. This method is suitable for internal QA/QC verification, but does not replace a formal external calibration certificate.
Option C — Replacement for a New 2-Year Calibration Cycle
Purchasing a new device provides:
● A fresh factory calibration report (valid for another 2 years)
While the device's overall service life remains long, precision components naturally experience gradual performance drift over extended periods of use. For applications requiring strict accuracy assurance or high audit readiness, some customers choose periodic device replacement as part of their risk-based calibration strategy.
3. Recommended Calibration Interval
