Why isn’t the sensor data synced to the platform?

If you've connected an external sensor but notice no indication of it or its data isn't updating—even though the sensor appears in the display—please follow these adjustments:
1: Activate the Sensor's Data Collection Function: This setting allows the sensor to collect data at the intervals you specify.

In Console: Guide to activating this function through the web console.

2: Enable the Sensor Icon Display: This allows you to view the data from the corresponding sensor both in the app and on the console.
In App: Steps to show the sensor icon in the app, enhancing data visibility.

PS:
Android system: Long press the device name to display the small 'Settings' icon.
iOS system: Swipe left on the device name to display the small 'Settings' icon.

PS:
- Green: The icon is visible regardless of whether data is uploaded from this sensor.
- Blue: The icon is visible only when there is data uploaded from this sensor.
- Red: The icon for this sensor is never displayed.
