How to Download Offline Data via PC Tools?

If your device is used offline, it will store data internally. Follow these steps to download and read the offline data using PC Tools:
1. Open the PC Tools and log in using the same account associated with your device.
2. Connect your device to your PC using the supplied USB cable. Note: WS1-Pro can only be plugged into the above jack.
3. In the PC Tools interface, locate and click on the “Offline Charts” option.
4. You can now view the data chart directly in the PC Tools. To download the data, select the option to export it as a CSV file.
